Role
As a Maintenance Shop Machinist with a CNC designation (also known as CNC Machinist, CNC Operator), you'll be responsible for the set-up and operation of numeric control/CNC machines and machining centers for diversified production work. You'll also inspect parts to ensure that tolerances and specifications are maintained, perform routine maintenance to equipment, and report any equipment or material problems.

Qualifications
- Experience with Okuma and 2+ years in a manufacturing position preferred.
- Machining Technology certification from a trade/vocational school or equivalent.
- High School Diploma/GED or international equivalent.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings/sketches.
- Understanding of the Cartesian coordinate system (X-Y axis) and Geometric tolerancing.
- Proficiency in GD&T, Machine Setups for Production Runs, Manual Machining Skills, and Troubleshooting CNC Machines.
