Role

As a Distribution Center Picker/Packer (also known as Warehouse Associate, Order Picker), you'll be responsible for fulfilling orders, selecting items from warehouse shelves, packaging products for shipment, and maintaining an accurate inventory. You'll also perform quality assurance checks, inspecting goods and their containers for possible damage before packing them to be shipped, and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of experience with Radio Frequency (RF) scanners preferred.
• 6 months of experience in a performance-measured picking/packing environment preferred.
• Ability to operate applicable equipment and tools.
• Knowledge of basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to use or be trained to use Radio Frequency (RF) scanners, tablets, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Experience with Epicor is a plus.
• Understanding of warehouse safety regulations.
