Role

As a Production Shift Leader (also known as Manufacturing Supervisor, Production Team Leader), you'll facilitate the development of high-performance teams within the plant, ensuring standard work execution and compliance with base systems for Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. You'll create a culture of engagement within and between teams to meet plant objectives and deliverables consistently. Your role will involve decision-making processes in alignment with plant goals, OSHA requirements, and current HR guidelines. You'll also be responsible for leading by example and fostering individual development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.
• Thermoforming experience is required.
• Willingness to work on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm.
• Knowledge of UKG/ADP time system.
• Associate's degree in Business or Technical Field preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Proficiency in a manufacturing environment, thermoforming experience, and people management.
• Experience with thermoforming machines.
