Role
As a Packer (also known as Packaging Associate, Production Packer), you'll play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include maintaining compliance with safety policies, completing annual training, accurately using measuring devices to inspect parts, managing scrap and re-grind material, packaging finished goods, and ensuring effective communication with team members. You'll also be expected to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) during your shift.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Entry-level position; prior experience in a production environment is helpful but not required.
- Above-average communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical computations.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Physical ability to move and lift objects up to 50 lbs.
- Packaging experience and familiarity with sliding table saws are a plus.
