Role

As a Die Cast Operator (also known as Die Casting Machine Operator, Die Cast Technician), you'll be responsible for setting up and operating Die Casting Machines. You'll visually inspect parts and die conditions, remove and replace die casting dies, and make necessary adjustments on the machine. You may also be required to set up ladle, auto-spray, robotic and trim press machines. You'll work from verbal instructions and Process Sheets, and follow a gauging part check procedure and timeline-based process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 11 months of experience in a die cast environment.
• Proficiency in machine setups for production runs, blueprint reading, mechanical troubleshooting, and hydraulics. Experience with metal casting is a plus.
