Role
As a CNC Machine Operator II (also known as CNC Machinist, CNC Technician), you'll be an integral part of the manufacturing process. Your duties will include setting up and operating CNC machining work centers, performing preventative maintenance, inspecting and deburring parts, and problem-solving to ensure optimal machine performance. You'll also participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as SMED and Kaizen events.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of machining experience or education equivalent in a related field.
- Ability to set up and operate CNC machining work centers.
- Experience in making tool changes and making in-process offset changes.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to read and follow standard work instructions.
- Proficiency in using metrology equipment.
- Experience in blueprint reading and a good understanding of GD&T.
- Working knowledge of CNC controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, Okuma OSP.
- Basic math and PC skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and collaborate effectively with a team.
