Role

As a Facilities Technician (also known as Maintenance Technician, Building Maintenance Technician), you'll be responsible for completing work orders, preventative maintenance orders, and project work to maintain the facility equipment and building. You'll troubleshoot and repair facility and building equipment, perform preventative maintenance, maintain a safe working environment, and recommend process improvement ideas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a facility maintenance role, with detailed knowledge and experience required in Electrical (up to 440v), High Voltage (600v plus), understanding of Delta and Wye systems, Welding, Boilers, and Compressors.
• Experience in at least one of the following is required: HVAC, Data, High Voltage, Machining, or PLC’s.
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills are required.
