Role

As a Production Operator (also known as Manufacturing Operator, Production Associate), you'll play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring the availability of quality products for our customers. Your duties will include blending, measuring, and producing raw materials to manufacture industrial coatings, preparing materials and products for packaging and shipment, and adhering to safety procedures in a production environment.

Benefits

• Starting pay of $20.50 per hour, with potential increases after 90 and 180 days.
• Shift differential pay for evening and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the day.
• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
