Role

As a Line Production Operative & Quality Inspector (also known as Manufacturing Associate, Quality Control Inspector), you'll play a crucial role in both the production process and quality assurance. You'll be responsible for assembling products, operating machinery, monitoring the production process, enforcing quality control measures, packaging products, and performing basic machine maintenance. Additionally, you'll inspect incoming components and finished products, generate detailed quality reports, and communicate any quality concerns to the Production Director.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or higher.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and with measuring devices such as calipers and pin gauges.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to read and interpret drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs), and proficiency in software such as Google Workspace, Google Sheets, and GMail.
