Role

As a Plant Manager (also known as Maintenance Director, Engineering Manager), you'll oversee the daily and strategic operations of a large, complex plant. Your duties will include managing maintenance, repairs, and improvements of all equipment and facilities, ensuring optimum efficiency and minimal cost. You'll also lead a team, fostering an environment of safety, high performance, and ethical and legal compliance.

Qualifications
