Role

As a Production Training Specialist (also known as Onboarding Specialist, Training Coordinator), you'll facilitate the onboarding and training of new production employees, collaborate with leadership to establish training protocols, provide feedback on training needs, and serve as a resource for production employees. You'll also oversee compliance training, provide retraining as needed, and support supervisors and leads with day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• English/Spanish bilingual required.
• 2-5 years of food manufacturing experience preferred, with knowledge of production floor machinery.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and high level of emotional intelligence.
