Role

As a CNC Machinist (also known as Machine Operator, CNC Operator), you'll be responsible for setting up and operating Vertical Turning Centers (VTLs) such as Doosan PUMA 1214, Toshiba 150, and Toshiba 200, all with live tooling. You'll read and interpret blueprints, sketches, drawings, models, routing instructions, manuals, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece, sequence of operations and setup requirements. You'll also monitor and maintain proper cleanliness of machine and work area daily.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CNC machining experience setting up and running Vertical Turning Centers (VTLs).
• Experience with Mastercam programming and editing, and Fanuc controls preferred.
• Ability to lift materials up to 50 pounds, experience operating overhead crane and hoists preferred.
