Role
As a CNC Machinist (also known as CNC Operator, CNC Technician), you'll operate and maintain various machinery and equipment necessary to produce metal components. You'll ensure effective production operations, optimize procedures, perform necessary quality checks, and complete daily communication. You'll also have the opportunity to perform basic adjustments and repairs to machines, set up workstations, and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 0-12 mos. machining experience required.
- Ability to read blueprints and use measurement devices such as calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and bore gauges.
- Working knowledge of machinery with previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis and stand for up to 10 hours.
- Proficiency in Machine Setups for Production Runs, Lean Manufacturing Principles, and Troubleshooting CNC Machines.
