Role

As an Operator (also known as Filling Operator, Production Operator), you'll manage and operate the filler, adjust its speed, coordinate controls, and maintain its operational condition throughout production runs. You'll stay vigilant for any operational challenges and react swiftly to overcome them. Clear communication is key, as you'll be interacting with various team members and departments. Moreover, your responsibility includes managing alerts related to maintenance, ensuring timely communication with both maintenance and management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 60 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, sit, kneel, bend at waist, reach and extend arms, and function in a range of temperatures.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to wear PPE.
