Role

As a Controller (also known as Financial Controller, Accounting Manager), you'll oversee all financial and accounting activities, manage the finance department's day-to-day operations, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and support strategic planning. This role involves leading a team of finance professionals, streamlining financial processes, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience in the digital advertising or technology industry.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and leadership abilities.
