Role
As a Composite Technician (also known as Composite Materials Specialist, Composite Assembler), you'll be responsible for the hand lay-up of composite materials, vacuum bagging processes and procedures, and performing hand-finishing operations. You'll also have the opportunity to work with a variety of resin systems and contribute to the assembly of structures.

Qualifications
- 1 year of experience with composite materials (i.e. Carbon Fiber, Kevlar & Fiberglass).
- 3-5 Years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- High school Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, interpret, and suggest improvements from work instructions (SOPs).
- Experience using a variety of hand tools in cutting, grinding, fitting, and assembling.
