Role
As a Maintenance Specialist (also known as Equipment Repair Technician, Maintenance Mechanic), you'll troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. You'll also maintain industrial control systems, work independently and with a team, and ensure plant safety rules are followed.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma, Associate’s Degree in a related field preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar maintenance environment, with experience managing people/projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and ability to read and interpret schematics.
- Skilled in the use of shop equipment and precision measuring equipment.
- Experience in high-speed manufacturing, bottling, beverage, packaging, or plastics industries preferred.
- Experience with variable frequency drive (VFD), servo drives, and servo motors, and ability to repair these systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues across multiple departments.
