Role

As a Production Line Operator (also known as Packaging Operator, Material Operator), you'll operate and maintain major production equipment, prepare minor repairs, and ensure the quality of finished products. You'll also assist with preventative maintenance, report equipment malfunctions, and follow safety and environmental policies. Your role will also involve backing up the Lead as requested by management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent with proficiency in math and reading comprehension.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong English communication (both written and oral), interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience with SAP and machine setups for production runs.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and packaging experience.
