3RD Shift pays $18.50 , 1ST pays $17.00, 2ND 17.50
There are openings on all shifts and your wage rate could be more based on your experience.
Compensation includes full time benefits; health, dental, vision, and 401k match. Operators are also eligible for a Perfect Attendance Bonus = $200 per month if all scheduled days are worked.
Responsibilities
Follow all safety policies and procedures, operate machines in accordance with the standard operating procedures
Prepare batches of food ingredients to be processed into Ready To Eat products
Setup and operate machinery to package products, ensuring proper weights and coding
Make adjustments to machinery to ensure quality products are produced
Clean machines and replace parts as required
Work with other employees to solve problems
Train new employees after you have been certified as an operator
Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor and line leaders
Qualifications
High School or GED Diploma
Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
Willing and able to work overtime as required
Basic mechanical skills
Ability to work with food ingredients (vegetables, proteins, cheese, etc.)
Basic reading and math skills
Shifts
Plant 1 Pasta Production and Packaging Machine Operator 5:30 – 1:30 – 9:30
Plant 1 Preparation and Pasta Casing 6:00 – 2:00 – 10:00
Plant 2 – All Positions 6:00 – 2:00 – 10:00
Sauce (in both Plant 1 and Plant 2) 5:00 – 1:00 – 9:00
