    The Path Home Team is currently looking to bring on more seasoned sales professionals who are looking to make a bigger impact in the Denver Metro Area. Our philosophy is making our clients, clients for life. We aim to provide the white-glove level of service when it comes to real estate to all of our clients and help them find the path to the right home. We provide you with everything you would need to be successful in real estate. Responsibilities: • Do 10 To 20 Hours Of Lead Follow-Up Per Week.  • Research The Market Daily – New Listings And Price Reductions.  • Preview Homes That Are In Your Target Area.  • Preview All Team Listings.  • Manage 40-80 NEW Leads Each Month And Work Through Existing Leads.  • Track All Of Your Key Business Activities. Set Weekly Goals.  • Attend Training And Stay Learning-Based For Increased Productivity Qualifications: • Must have excellent computer skills using email, Internet, Word, Excel, etc. • Excellent organizational and time management skills.  • Able to communicate effectively with peers, superiors, and customers, both in written and verbal form.  • Able to block out distractions in order to truly listen to the conversation that is occurring. • Creates a sense of comfort and familiarity through their ability to build rapport. • Works well under pressure, able to remain calm despite tight deadlines.  • Must be able to work daytime hours to make phone calls, meet clients, and schedule appointments.  • Must be extremely organized to manage numerous details without errors.  • Must have a laptop, high-speed Internet, cell phone, and transportation.  • High School Graduate  • Colorado Real Estate License is a plus but not required. • Sales Experience Preferred Compensation: $50,000- $75,000
