    WHO WE ARE:

    Performance Contact Services is a nationally successful company with our call center based in Mesa, AZ. The team we are hiring for specializes in Higher Education and currently supply leads to hundreds of colleges nationwide. We are looking for sales minded people to join the team!

    This job is about connecting with people; you will make calls, speak with consumers and help match them with a college or university that is right for them. This role offers a guaranteed base hourly wage and paid training.

    WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS:

    • Conduct outbound calls to prospective students who have expressed interest in furthering their education
    • This is NOT a “cold calling” role
    • Meet & Exceed daily performance KPI’s
    • Meet & Exceed QA scores for compliance and quality
    • Full time Monday through Friday 8 am – 5 pm (no weekends)
    • Starting pay is $15/hr + commission
    • Paid Weekly
    • Paid Training (classroom/hands on)

    EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED

    • Inside sales, tech support, or other customer service experience PREFERRED NOT REQUIRED
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Dependable and a team player
    • Go the extra mile to engage customers
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • Stick-to-itiveness!

    WORKING CONDITIONS Required to be on the phones, work on a computer and at a desk for extended periods of time including viewing a screen, using a mouse, manipulating a keyboard and wearing a headset. Must be able to function effectively in a dynamic fast-paced call center environment.
