    Job Description

    The Program Manager position is part of the Operations team that helps create and deliver these experiences and also supports positive, productive customer relationships. In addition to managing the the delivery of signature Pathbuilders leadership development programs, client programs, and individual workshop engagements, the Program Manager will also:

    • Manage the overall content library, including the editing, modification, and continual updating of workshop content for best-in-class, level-appropriate delivery, to include PowerPoint decks, newsletters, handouts, modules, evaluations, etc. that align with brand standards.
    • Conduct and share suggested research to evolve and enrich program content.
    • Oversee the logistics for each program event, to include budget management; attendance management; online platform management or venue and vendor management; run of show, scripts, and speaker prep; communication with project coordinators of the client. Actively update event task status in Monday.com and monitor completion of other assigned tasks.
    • Serve as an on-site resource and point of contact during all program events, both participating in and directing the event-related tasks of the team to ensure full and timely event readiness.
    • Book and manage external speakers involved in program delivery on an as-needed basis. This includes materials, notes, location information, and pre-program prep.
    • Manage the end-to-end experience for all program participants, from invitation to delivery to ongoing satisfaction to post-program follow up.
    • Oversee that the on-boarding process for program participants is smooth and effective—personal welcome calls made, personal welcome e-mails sent, interviews scheduled, assessments sent/received, enrollment items received, communications clear, program information, and general support.
    • Oversee the development and production of additional items related to kick-off and closing events, including welcome kits, gifts, graduation certificates, manuals, notes and other correspondence.
    • Conduct periodic check-ins with program mentees, mentors, and managers to proactively identify potential areas of concern, answer questions, reference tools and resources, provide benchmarks for progress, and share best practices. Proactively seek, record, track, and internally share information related to attendance, engagement, and known or suspected issues with program participants. Record all related information in individual records in the database.
    • Engage and cultivate relationships with participants at all levels of an organization to improve their experience and to gather actionable feedback for Pathbuilders’ use in refining program offerings and processes.
    • Own the program evaluation process, including ensuring a strong response rate, analyzing trends, and extracting key points of feedback to either follow up regarding satisfaction or to share internally to inform continuous improvement efforts. This will include electronic surveys, personal touch points, and written evaluations with the purpose of identifying trends, opportunities, and impact to the business or client.

    DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; especially Access, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
    • Very strong organizational skills with attention to detail; high level of accuracy a must
    • Strong customer service orientation
    • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate at the executive level
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable managing multiple priorities
    • Professional appearance and manner
    • Bachelor or associates degree in relevant field a plus
