Responsibilities:

• Handle all incoming checks
• Process and mail payments with the corresponding support to customers
• Handle the voiding, cancellation and/or reissuance of checks within the accounting system
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Follow workflow processes, policies and procedures in the Accounting Department
• Performs data entry associated with accounts payable
• Resolve issue tickets from other departments as they relate to payment information

Requirements:

• High School diploma required
• Minimum 1 year of work experience
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping -
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Data entry skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment

Job Details:

• Full Time: M-F
• Pay: $16.00 per hour
• Job Type: On-site
