    Role Brief:

    Pathful is looking for an Account Executive (AE) to work remotely while supporting the Sales and Customer Success teams.

    As an AE, you will be responsible for qualifying inbound inquiries and marketing qualified leads, along with generating new business opportunities through prospecting to K-12 schools and districts. You will initially conduct outreach to current customers that require a roll-down motion to retain. A successful candidate will be a self motivated, goal oriented, team player that is excited to help unlock more life opportunities for learners across the nation. This position includes opportunities to advance within the sales organization, and the compensation package includes uncapped commissions and a bonus structure.

    Responsibilities:

    • Achieve sales targets
    • Identify trends to help grow your territory and achieve goals
    • Prospect and acquire new school and district partners through email, phone calls, meetings, providing proposals and product demos
    • Actively grow our existing accounts in your territory
    • Build and maintain a sales pipeline, nurturing each opportunity to close
    • Create and deploy new prospecting campaigns regularly
    • Collaborate with the Customer Success and Regional Sales Managers and other departments to build strong relationships and achieve goals

    Qualifications:

    • Previous lead development or sales experience in the Edtech market is preferred
    • Excellent phone, written, and verbal communication skills
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Salesforce experience preferred
    • Teaching experience is a huge bonus
    • Passionate about improving education
