ROLE BRIEF:
We are looking for a talented and motivated person with advanced Salesforce programming and development skills that can thrive in an entrepreneurial organization. Our ideal candidate will have experience with CPQ and a successful track record of integrating Salesforce with other platforms. Candidates should have strong problem solving, database management, and business process skills in order to work with stakeholders to define requirements and customize Salesforce for Pathful's unique needs and growth. You will be the resident expert and developer on Salesforce and its relationship with other platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the strategic needs of the business to have visibility into pipeline and opportunity data that drives decision-making for growth and scalability.
Shape the ongoing design of our instance of Salesforce with integration and scalability in mind.
Extensively use and modify customized objects and record types.
Design, implement, and debug flows and other automations for optimized workflows.
Manage, clean up, and improve data accuracy in the context that other systems are highly dependent on and integrated to Salesforce.
Manage syncing and merging of market data on state and local education authorities (currently Agile Education Marketing).
Manage import and export tasks, both manual and automated, between Salesforce and other platforms.
Implement best practices for successful operation of our instance of Salesforce.
Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including user setups/deactivations, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups, database backup, sandbox, and risk mitigation.
Review and oversee the audit and change management processes.
Update and maintain pricing lists and configuration of CPQ.
Create and support development of apps, user interfaces, reports, and dashboards.
Provide Salesforce training and end-user support.
