     Hiring for a Customer Success Rep/ Manager ASAP-Full time.. Irvine.. Great opportunity for person starting out in their career or a person looking to go back into the job market! A successful growing international E-Commerce company is looking to hire a Customer Success Rep/Manager for their headquarters in the Irvine/Lake Forest area. The role is handling all aspects of customer service via email and phone calls including taking orders, service resolutions, exchanges & returns, and monitoring and keeping track of processes and updates to the President of the company. Note: This is not a remote position. Must be available to be in the office full time Hours of position: 10:30 am to 7:00 pm M-F Pay $18.00 an hour The culture of the company is an industrial environment with a very small close knit team. The person that will thrive in this company culture is positive, hard working, and has the ability to work well under pressure, adaptable to change, and easy going. They need to thrive on providing excellent customer service, have thick skin, and can roll with the punches. The company is a positive family environment and there is opportunity to grow. Must have at least one year of demonstrated customer service experience, stable job history and ideally working for a start -up or small company in the manufacturing or industrial industry.
