Pathology Medical Director - $525K & $70K+ Bonus - Scenic Ohio River Valley

An established regional healthcare system is seeking a Board Certified Pathologist to serve as Senior Medical Director within a hospital-employed practice. This role offers a base salary angannual bous that will be worth approximately $525,000 with greater earning potential long-term. This role also offers a $70K+ bonus, loan repayment, and a leadership position within a well-supported pathology department.

You’ll lead a team of pathologist handling a balanced case mix without high-complexity burdens such as autopsies or extensive subspecialty requirements. The schedule is predictable with manageable call and strong support staff, allowing you to focus on both clinical excellence and leadership responsibilities.

Located in a scenic river valley town in southern Ohio, this community is easily commutable for some in western WV, or you can make home here. The area offers a low cost of living, friendly neighborhoods, and easy access to outdoor recreation such as boating, hiking, and fishing.
