    We are looking for a Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our team in Boca Raton, FL. The ideal candidate should be an enthusiastic learner, a quick thinker, and possess the ability to effectively handle administrative tasks. The responsibilities include providing administrative support to the mortgage team, coordinating appointments, following up on documents and processing submitted documents, preparing files for our processing department, and making sure all of our customers have a 5 Star Experience. Additionally, the successful candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the industry and being bilingual is a big plus. Responsibilities: • Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork • Answer and route incoming calls and inquiries from clients and business partners • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment • Keep our database and software platforms organized and up to date • Facilitate a white glove customer service experience • Willingness to LEARN and GROW with the company • Proficient computer knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Qualifications: • Spanish or Russian language proficiency is a big plus but not required • Prior experience in the real estate or mortgage industry is a HUGE plus • Communicates well, both verbally and written • Must have a high school diploma or GED • Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software • Can work on deadlines and in a fast-paced environment Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000
