Registered Nurse (RN) Labor & Delivery

Currently looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) Labor & Delivery for an immediate 13 week contract opportunity with a local health care facility in Mishawaka, IN. The ideal candidate will hold an active IN RN license and have previous Labor & Delivery experience.

Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse (RN) Labor & Delivery

· Assisting, supporting, and educating women during labor and delivery

· Monitoring fetal heart rate and mother's vital signs continuously

· Administering medications and performing diagnostic tests

· Consulting with physicians and other members of the care team

· Identifying and assessing complications

Requirements of the Registered Nurse (RN) Labor & Delivery

· Active RN License in the state of Indiana

· Associates or Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing program

· 5 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience

· Neonatal resuscitation and fetal monitoring certification

· Prior Epic EMR experience preferred

· Up to date immunization records

· Must be able to work weekend and holiday rotation
