    Pathways is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as the Human Resource Director. The Director of Human Resources will build and sustain relationships with all levels of the organization to effectively influence analysis and decision-making in the areas of leadership, employee relations, change management, work force planning, organization development and design, performance management, employee engagement and communications. The position will be responsible for helping implement a strong HR business consulting capability within the region as well as shaping the regional HR function to align with operational business strategy, execution, performance and development requirements.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Human Resources or other related field.

    Requires at least 10 years of experience as a senior human resources leader with extensive business and human resources experience of similar scope and scale, with a proven track record of organizational transformation & design and change management experience.

    At least 5 years of CA Employee Relations experience is a must.

    Experience in building and lead teams within a best in class human resources organization, preferably having spent time not only in healthcare, but in services organizations known for strong human capital programs and practices.

    Experience in all the core HR functional disciplines, such as compensation, talent acquisition and management, employee relations, organization design and change management as well as HR technology and operations/ shared services will all be valuable foundations for this person to have in their background, as would some experience in a line management or operating role.

    Demonstrate a hands-on management style and is a visible presence to earn the respect of the organization, and will ideally have global experience, exposure and future interest.

    Proven track record of adding business value, working successfully with business unit leaders in a client focused, highly competitive and fast changing industry, and operating in a matrixed environment, as well as a track record of building/leading effective teams.
