    About Your Role:The Human Resources Coordinator will administer leave of absences including FMLA for multiple states. The position will be responsible for monitoring and administering claim information, reporting and serve as the point of contact with our LOA vendor, operations and other HR team members. Acts as a key administrative contributor within a fast-paced environment, handling highly confidential data to ensure a properly managed leave process. The HRC is a resourceful, solution-oriented, multi-tasker and able to react positively under pressure. Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Director, this role will demonstrate a sense of urgency, high level of trust, confidentiality, good judgment and collaboration with all levels of the organization. Does the Following Apply to You?

    1-2 years of leave administration experience with FMLA and ADA.

    Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

    Effective time-management skills.

    Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent tasks and moving targets.

    Attention to Detail, excellent communication, critical thinking and the ability to problem solve will be key skills needed to excel in this role.

    Excellent collaborative skills and the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships are essential.

    Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

    Ability to plan and organize conflicting priorities in order to effectively manage and accomplish work.

    Very strong communication skills, both verbal and written and ability to cater message to the audience/communicate with all levels of the organization.

    Ability to maintain high confidentiality at all times
