    The Administrative Assistant will provide clerical support to maintain the overall effective functioning of the daily business operations at the office location. Assignments are varied in nature. Supervision is provided by the Regional Director.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    Answering telephones and transferring messages; making return phone calls.

    Processing a variety of paperwork required in the operation of the BHRS Program.

    Enters weekly billable time in an accurate and timely manner.

    Files various documents such as direct care required paperwork and authorization packets in an organized retrievable fashion.

    Complete mass mailings to staff.

    Copies, scans, and faxes various types of information ensuring the confidentiality of all documents.

    Assists with tracking systems in place.

    Performs related work as required.

    Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures.

    Ability to operate office equipment such as computers, copiers, and fax machines.

    Ability to complete assigned tasks in expected time frames with accuracy.

    Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

    Ability to respond professionally and courteously to all individuals encountered in the work setting.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma, preferably with a business education background, or experience working in a business office.

    Must have Act 33, 34, and FBI clearances.
