Pathways is seeking dynamic individuals to join our Arizona team as a Foster Care Specialist who is responsible for licensing, training, evaluating, monitoring, placement and coordination of activities related to the Foster Care Program.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services, Psychology or a non-related Bachelor's degree
(1) year of experience with foster care licensing AND behavioral health
OR
An AA degree and two (2) years of experience with foster care licensing AND behavioral health
Must have current fingerprint clearance and be able to pass the background check
Valid Arizona driver’s license and insurance required
Prior behavioral health experience preferred
Bilingual-Spanish/English a plus.
