Pathways is seeking dynamic individuals to join our Arizona team as Recovery Coaches. This is a low to moderate needs case management position that works with adults, and is responsible for working closely with the mental health system and staff of other agencies involved to proactively manage client care by providing case management, system navigation and advocacy.

Qualifications:

Ability to effectively prioritize and manage time

Computer knowledge and skills (Word/Outlook/EHR)

Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule

Ability to participate/facilitate the CFT / ART process, develop crisis plans, SNCD and coordinate and implement services

Ability to work independently with consistent follow through and completion of assigned tasks

Ability to work with diverse clients and families with therapeutic needs that fluctuate in coordination intensity

Ability to collaborate and communicate consistently and comprehensively both internally and externally

Open to professional growth and clinical development

Knowledge of basic human development, awareness of the unique needs of adults demonstrated through appropriately responsive interactions and service
