    Pathways (College Community Services) is seeking an innovative and purpose driven individual to join our team as Full-Time Recovery Coordinator I II or III for our Children's program in Lake Isabella.

    CCS Kern Children Outpatient Clinics: Offers specialized outpatient mental health services for low-income children, adolescents from ages 0-21 and their family members diagnosed as Seriously Emotionally Disturbed, including those with co-occurring substance use disorders and those at risk for criminal involvement.

    SUMMARY

    Provides outreach, information-referral, case management, and a full array of mental health /rehabilitation services for clients which include counseling, crisis intervention, skill training, and coordinating and monitoring the assessment, treatment planning process and follow-up for each client. Level II may act as a lead recovery coordinator providing supervision and training to other recovery staff and volunteers.

    QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION

    Recovery Coordinator IA.A./A.S. degree in human services, psychology or related field and one year related experience, or six years’ equivalentexperience.

    Recovery Coordinator IIB.A./B.S. degree in human services or related field and two years’ related experience, or four years’ equivalent experience.

    Recovery Coordinator III

    Master’s level and one year related experience, or B.A./B.S. degree in human services or related field and four years’ relatedexperience.

    Proof of: valid California driver’s license and auto insurance, as well as proof of education are required record and current CPR certification

    May be required to have knowledge of rehabilitation model

    Excellent prioritization and organization skills

    Strong interpersonal skills and good written and verbal communication skills

    Intermediate level PC skills required

    Closely monitored with six months of training

    LEVEL OF SUPERVISION

    Recovery Coordinator I

    Provides work guidance to case aides

    Must have prior case management or psychiatric treatment experience

    Related experience: coaching, scouts, teacher’s aide, or CPS aid

    Works under immediate supervision from Recovery Coordinator III and/or Clinic Supervisor

    Recovery Coordinator IIDirects/ supervises the work of case aides and provides performance input

    Must have two years’ equivalent prior case management experience and prefer established community resourceconnections.

    Works under immediate supervision from Recovery Coordinator III and/or Clinic Supervisor

    Recovery Coordinator IIIDirects/supervises the work of case aides and provides performance input. May supervise and direct the work of level I Recovery CoordinatorsReceived

    Must have four years’ equivalent prior case management experience and prefer established community resourceconnections.

    Works under minimal supervision and relies on significant experience and the exercises of judgment
