Pathways of Idaho, a branch of Pathways, is one of the largest behavioral health providers in the US. We offer community based services to youth, adolescent and adults who live with persistent mental illness. Our team lives out their passion for helping the community and are looking for a hardworking, dedicated, and passionate Crisis Peer Support Specialist to join us!

This position will start as Part-Time with the potential to move up to Full-Time (30+ hours) as you build a caseload.

Expected pay range: $15/hour - Depends on Experience

About your Role:

Pathways of Idaho is looking for a dynamic Crisis Peer Support Specialist to join our team. The Crisis Peer Support Specialist is responsible for providing Peer Support Services to adults who struggle with a severe and persistent mental illness, or emotional disturbance who are actively involved in mental health treatment. All Peer Support Specialists will promote hope, wellness, and recovery outcomes for the identified client and their natural support system.

Does the Following Apply to You?

Peer support certificate issued by the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare

High School Diploma or GED

Be able to pass enhanced background check with IDHW.

Driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance
