    Pathways of Idaho is looking for a dynamic Crisis Center Case Manger to join our team. The Clinical Crisis Specialist is responsible for maintaining functions within the scope of practice as established by the contract developed through the Department of Health and Welfare regarding the Pathways Community Crisis Center of Southwest of Idaho. The Crisis Case Manager is responsible for maintaining functions within the scope of practice as established by the contract developed through the Department of Health and Welfare regarding the Pathways Community Crisis Center of Southwest Idaho.

    This position is for night shift hours only

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Bachelor’s Degree

    Must pass fingerprint clearance (and maintain during employment) and be able to pass the background check.

    Preferred degree in a behavioral health field. Must pass a criminal background check conducted by the DHW.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Interfaces routinely with staff, Program Coordinator, Lead Supervisor, clinic staff, clients and other key personnel as identified essential to client care.

    Completes twenty (20) hours of continuing education annually.

    Maintains confidentiality of all client documents, files and communication in written, electronic and/or verbal form.

    Assists in providing service delivery to clients experiencing a behavioral health crisis.

    Work with clients experiencing a behavioral health crisis. Work toward de-escalation and development of a discharge plan within 23 hours and 59 minutes of client’s stay.

    May assist clients in the community to link to services during their admission.
