Arsenault Dermatology is looking for a new team member! We are seeking a Patient Ambassador who is motivated and focused on improving patient care.
Candidates must be comfortable working with patients, display excellent communication and organizational skills.
Only considering candidates who has excellent customer service skills, can multi-task on several digital platforms simultaneously in a fast pace setting, who communicate quickly and effectively and, most importantly, who can clearly convey a sense of confidence to our patients.
Responsibilities:
Exceptional hospitality while serving our patients
Greeting patients in a friendly and timely manner as they enter the practice
Engaging in friendly conversation while collecting demographic/insurance information
Answer incoming phone calls from patients in friendly manner
Working with others in a team oriented, fast paced environment and assisting them when needed
Accept payment from patients; completing daily reports/paperwork
Scheduling patients in a timely and appropriate manner
Qualifications:
1 year of related healthcare or business experience preferred.
Certification or Associates degree preferred.
Commitment to excellence and high standards.
Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
Understanding of medical terminology and medical insurance
