Patient Ambassador – Front Desk | Park City, UT
Full-Time · On-Site (M–F, 8:30–5:30)

At bVital, we help patients reverse neurodegeneration, expand longevity, and live healthier lives. As our Patient Ambassador, you set the tone for the entire patient journey—warmly greeting each guest, supporting their visit, and keeping our front office running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
Welcome, check in/out, and support patients throughout their visit
Answer phones, emails, and appointment requests with warmth and professionalism
Manage scheduling, forms, and daily flow
Maintain a clean, organized front office
Process payments and handle basic administrative tasks
Support clinical and sales teams with light operational tasks
Who You Are:
Friendly, patient-centered, and great with people
Organized, detail-oriented, and confident multitasking in a busy environment
Calm under pressure and clear in communication (phone + email)
Passionate about wellness and helping others
Qualifications:
1–3 years in customer service, front desk, or medical admin (preferred, not required)
Strong communication and organization skills
Comfortable with scheduling systems (Cerbo a plus)
