    Position: Patient Ambassador (High-Volume Logistics for Premium Wellness Services) Location: Park City, UT (On-site) Reports to: Practice Manager Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site (M–F, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)

    As our Patient Ambassador, you won’t just be answering phones or checking people in—you’ll be the heartbeat of the patient experience. You’ll set the tone, create connection, and ensure every touchpoint feels seamless, professional, and infused with care.

    This is more than a front desk job—it’s an opportunity to be a guide, advocate, and connector for patients who are stepping into a life-changing healing journey.

    What You’ll Do Patient Experience Champion:

    Warmly greet, meet, check-in, and check-out all patients, creating an unforgettable first and last impression.

    Act as the go-to guide for patients, answering questions, explaining processes, and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.

    Call patients the day before appointments to confirm visits and prepare them for their upcoming care.

    Communication & Coordination:

    Answer and return phone calls, respond to voicemails, and manage support@ and info@ email inquiries with speed, professionalism, and warmth.

    Handle scheduling, appointment changes, and cancellations—keeping the daily flow running smoothly.

    Manage patient intake, ensuring forms are completed, signed, and uploaded accurately.

    Front Office Excellence:

    Process payments, ensure accurate transactions, and prepare bank deposits as needed.

    Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized environment in the front office and patient rooms.

    Support the sales team and clinical staff with administrative requests.

    Enter new Cerbo packages, products, and updates into the system with precision.

    Manage copier, paper supplies, faxes, and medical record uploads.

    Operational Support:

    Upload and organize purchase receipts for Accounts Payable (AP).

    Partner with leadership to improve patient processes and enhance overall operational excellence.

    Ensure every patient experience reflects Energy4Life’s core mission: healing, accountability, and transformation.

    Qualifications:

    1–3 years of experience in front desk, customer service, or medical office administration preferred.

    Proficiency in scheduling systems (Cerbo experience a plus).

    Strong organizational skills with a knack for multitasking.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Ability to handle payments, scheduling, and email correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.
