Be the reason patients stay, succeed, and refer their friends.

At Total Performance Physical Therapy, our front desk is not just “admin work” — it’s the heartbeat of the patient experience.

We’re looking for a high-energy, people-first, detail-obsessed Patient Ambassador who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to connect, communicate, and drive results.

If you love talking to people, staying organized, and being part of a team that actually makes a difference — this is your role.

    Why This Role is Different

This is NOT a sit-behind-the-desk job.

    You will:

Be the first impression AND lasting impression for every patient

Help patients commit to care and actually get better

Play a direct role in clinic growth and success

    Work alongside a tight-knit, high-performing team

What You’ll Do (High Impact Work)

Greet, check-in, and build relationships with patients from day one

Schedule and manage patient plans of care (2–3x/week consistency)

Answer phones, handle objections, and guide patients into care

Collect payments and maintain accurate financial tracking

Keep schedules FULL (prevent cancellations + fill gaps daily)

Communicate with therapists to ensure patient success

Track key metrics like arrival rate, visits, and scheduling efficiency

Support workshops, events, and patient reactivation efforts

This role is critical to ensuring patients start care fast, stay consistent, and complete their treatment plans

    What Success Looks Like

    Full schedules (minimal gaps)

Patients booked out 2+ weeks in advance

    Strong patient relationships + retention

    Daily collections completed accurately

    What We’re Looking For

    Highly personable and confident communicator

    Organized, detail-oriented, and task-driven

Comfortable handling patient conversations about scheduling + payments

Able to multitask in a fast-paced clinic

    Positive, reliable, and team-first mindset

Experience in medical front desk is a plus — but NOT required. We will train the right person.

    Culture Matters Here

People don’t join TPPT just for a job — they stay for:

    The team environment

    The energy in the clinics

The ability to grow personally and professionally

    We are a company that:

    Moves fast

    Holds high standards

    Supports each other

    And genuinely cares about patients

    Schedule

    Full-Time

    Includes 2–3 evenings per week

    If You’re Reading This…

    You’re probably someone who:

    Likes being busy

    Enjoys helping people

Wants to be part of something growing

Apply now — we are hiring ASAP and interviews are already underway.
