Patient Care Aide at Surgical Institute of Reading
Carries out basic patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse in accordance with the standards of care for the center. Demonstrates the appropriate skills and ability, based on level of training and scope of practice, to care for patients based on the age of the patient. Age groups may include the infant, toddler, school age/adolescent, adult and older adult.

Qualifications
Certified Nursing Assistant License - preferred
Current BLS.
Demonstrates necessary clinical competency.

Required Experience
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
Must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.
Maintains continuing education credits as required by the State
Current BLS certification
