Large managed care company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator for a short-term contract position.

WORK LOCATION:3743 Landmark Dr. Ste 200, Lafayette, IN 47905

PAY: $18.00

CONTRACT DATES: ASAP - 7/31/26

HOURS: M-F, 8-5

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer patient calls in call center environment
• Direct calls to the appropriate work group (ex...billing, medical records, refills, clinical staff),
• Take detailed messages for the clinical staff and providers
• Call patients to schedule/reschedule appointments

QUALIFICATIONS

• Highschool/GED or equivalent
• Healthcare call center environment experience
• 2 years in customer/patient service position
