What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? 1. Patient Check In and Check out 2. Scheduling Appt 3. Answering Phone and Patient Inquiries 4. Maintain Patient Records 5. Collecting Payments 6. Providing Customer Service 7. Ensuring Compliance and Confidentiality 8. Coordination with Medical Staff 9. Managing Administrative Task 

What skills/attributes are a must have? 3 years’ experience in the medical field •

Does this require an professional license? no professional license •

What are the work hours? Monday- Thursday 7:30am to 4:30pm Friday 7:30am to 2:00pm •

Is overtime or weekend work a requirement? No overtime

What does the interview process look like? How many rounds? two TB screening and CPR Certificated.
