Location: Guilford, CT — on-site
Employment: Full-time, non-exempt
Schedule: Mon–Fri with one evening shift per week (Tue or Thu until 7 PM); some Saturdays as practice expands
Compensation: $19–$23/hour base (DOE) + quarterly performance bonus

The role
As Clarity's Patient Care Coordinator, you'll be the face of the Clarity experience — part concierge, part consultative sales professional, part operational anchor. You'll guide each patient toward their aesthetic goals, partner with our licensed providers to translate clinical recommendations into customized treatment plans, and elevate every touchpoint of the patient journey through trusted, consultative selling.
This opportunity is ideal for a motivated, client-focused professional who approaches patient care as a trusted advisor — with a strong sales mindset, a passion for learning, and a natural ability to build meaningful, lasting relationships.
What you'll do
• Lead patient consultations and intake with warmth and discretion.
• Manage scheduling and provider utilization in Zenoti.
• Translate provider clinical recommendations into customized treatment plans.
• Close consults using consultative sales techniques.
• Recommend medical-grade skincare and home-care regimens.
• Develop expert-level knowledge of Clarity's skincare product line.
• Drive rebook, retail attach, and membership growth against weekly KPIs.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant communication in every channel.
What you'll bring
• 1+ year in medspa, aesthetics, dermatology, luxury cosmetics, or comparable concierge service.
• Proven track record of customer-service excellence.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional phone presence.
• Comfort with scheduling, CRM, and POS systems.
• HIPAA training required within 30 days of hire.
Preferred
• 2+ years specifically in medical aesthetics.
• Working knowledge of injectables, lasers, microneedling, peels, GLP-1 programs.
• Hands-on experience with Zenoti and GoHighLevel.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
