🌟 ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a rockstar Patient Care Coordinator to join our Dublin clinic.

This role is the heartbeat of our front office and plays a huge part in our patient experience.

🩺 WHAT YOU’LL DO

😊 Patient Care & Coordination

• Greet patients warmly and professionally • Schedule appointments & collect co-pays • Help ensure every patient receives excellent care

📊 Patient Flow & Scheduling

• Manage daily schedules • Track appointments to reduce cancellations and improve efficiency

💻 EMR & Billing Support

• Work within EMR systems • Assist with insurance billing & Georgia state contracts • Ensure accuracy and compliance

📣 Marketing & Community Outreach

• Help with patient engagement events • Participate in quarterly workshops (1 evening or Saturday per quarter)

✅ YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU ARE

• Friendly, outgoing, and professional 😄 • Organized, reliable, and great at multitasking • A team player with a positive attitude • Comfortable with technology and eager to learn

🧠 BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

• Experience with Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Zoom, Meet • Comfort using (or learning!) AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and more 🤖
