    About Us: Joint & Spine, located in Waldwick, NJ, is a trusted, multidisciplinary practice specializing in chiropractic, physical therapy and regenerative medicine care. For three decades, we’ve been helping patients live healthier, pain-free lives—and we're growing!

    Position: We are currently seeking a Full-Time Patient Care Coordinator to join our friendly, high-performing front office team. This role is essential to keeping our office running smoothly and ensuring our patients receive the high-quality care they deserve.

    What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a reliable, proactive team player with strong multitasking skills and a can-do attitude. You should be comfortable handling a variety of front desk responsibilities with accuracy, speed, and professionalism.

    Medical office experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person with a solid background in customer service, insurance, and scheduling.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Greet patients warmly and professionally

    Handle phone calls, text messages, and emails promptly and courteously

    Check patients in and out, updating appointment statuses and rescheduling as needed

    Keep the schedule accurate and up to date

    Follow up with cancellations and no-shows

    Prepare and organize patient charts (including new patients)

    Collect co-pays and manage outstanding balances

    Maintain accurate patient records, including insurance and demographics

    Assist with general office upkeep (laundry, supplies, tidiness)

    Generate and review daily reports; track office stats

    Additional administrative tasks as needed

    Friendly and professional communication skills

    Solid computer skills; EMR experience a plus

    Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced setting

    Experience with multi-line phone systems
