Patient Care Coordinator (Full-Time) Waldwick, NJ Joint & Spine

We are a well-established, multidisciplinary chiropractic and physical therapy practice—and we’re growing! We are currently seeking a Full-Time Patient Care Coordinator to join our friendly, high-performing front desk team.
This key position keeps our office running smoothly and ensures every patient receives the exceptional care and service we’re known for.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a reliable, proactive team player with excellent multitasking skills and a can-do attitude. You should feel confident managing a variety of front desk responsibilities with accuracy, speed, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and professionally
Manage phone calls, text messages, and emails with prompt, courteous communication
Check patients in and out; update appointment statuses and handle rescheduling
Keep the daily schedule accurate and organized
Follow up on cancellations and no-shows
Prepare and maintain patient charts, including new patient documentation
Collect co-pays and manage outstanding balances
Maintain accurate patient records, including insurance and demographic information
Assist with general office tasks (laundry, supplies, tidiness)
Generate and review daily reports; track office statistics
Perform additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient with computers; EMR/EPM experience a plus
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred
Medical office experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Schedule
Full-time
In-office
Monday–Friday
Rotating Saturdays
