Key Responsibilities

Greet patients and provide a welcoming, professional first point of contact

Schedule appointments and manage daily clinic flow

Verify insurance benefits, request authorizations, and collect co-pays

Maintain accurate and confidential patient records

Communicate clearly and respectfully with therapists, patients, and leadership

Support front-desk and administrative operations

Address patient questions and concerns promptly, professionally, and with empathy

Take ownership of tasks and follow through to completion

Familiarity with insurance verification, authorizations, and co-pay collection

Experience scheduling appointments in a fast-paced environment

Strong customer service background with a patient-centered approach

Comfort working with electronic medical records (EMR) and basic office software
