This is more than a front-office role; it’s an opportunity to help shape the experience families have with our practice every day. We’re looking for someone who is: • Warm, polished, and professional • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Calm under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment • A strong communicator who enjoys helping people • Passionate about creating a positive experience for children and families If you love connecting with people, thrive in a team environment, and want to be part of a practice that truly makes a difference in the lives of kids, we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Support front-office functions, including scheduling, check-in/check-out, and answering phones, with warmth and professionalism. • Coordinate with our outsourced insurance billing team to ensure accurate information flow and timely processing. • Assist with treatment coordination, follow-up, and other administrative projects as needed. • Help maintain a positive, efficient, and welcoming environment for patients, parents, and teammates. • Greet Patients. • Verify dental insurance benefits before appointments and accurately enter details into patient records. • Communicate clearly with parents about coverage, limitations, and estimated out-of-pocket costs. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • Punctual person. • Reliable and committed to showing up for work every day. • 2+ years of dental front-office or insurance-verification experience. • Strong understanding of PPO insurance plans and basic dental terminology. • Experience with Eaglesoft or other dental software preferred. • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills. • A team player who brings positivity, reliability, and empathy to every interaction. • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment. • Flexible and open to learning new skills. Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
