Responsibilities: You'll be the first face families see and the steady presence that keeps everything running smoothly. That means: • Welcoming kids and parents with genuine warmth • Keeping the schedule organized and on track • Coordinating appointments and patient flow • Supporting families through financial and insurance conversations Qualifications: You Might Be Our Person If You Are: • Mature, dependable, and consistent, someone the team can count on • Calm and composed when the waiting room gets busy • Warm and professional with families from all walks of life • Organized, detail-oriented, and proud of follow-through Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
